Pelago Bioscience is pleased to participate in the 8th Annual TPD & Induced Proximity Summit, taking place on October 27–30, 2025, at The Westin Boston Seaport District, Boston, MA.
Visit Booth #13 to meet Michael Dabrowski (CEO) and Stephen Kosteski (Senior Business Development Director) and explore how CETSA technology supports degrader research through biologically relevant, mechanism-focused insights.
Speaker Presentation – Discovery Track
Title: From Disappearance to Mechanism: Degradation-First Validation with CETSA® and Proteome-Wide Profiling
Presenter: Michael Dabrowski, CEO
Date & Time: October 28 | 5:00 PM
This talk outlines a three-step approach to degrader validation:
- Degrade (live & endogenous): Quantify target loss in native biology with dose–response metrics at screening scale.
- Engage (CETSA®): Confirm on-target binding in live cells and ex vivo in patient-derived samples.
- Profile (proteome-wide MS): Extend to proteome-wide studies to map selectivity, pathways, and off-targets.
Poster Presentation
Title: Integrating Degradation, Engagement and Selectivity: CETSA® as a Framework for Degrader Validation
Presenter: Pelago Bioscience team
Date & Time: October 28 | 3:30 PM
This poster demonstrates how CETSA® can identify and characterize non-degraded but functionally bound targets in degrader studies, offering mechanistic insight into complex target behaviors.
We look forward to meeting the global TPD community in Boston to discuss how CETSA enables data-driven degrader discovery, from target validation to selectivity profiling.
